Michigan played Tennessee at noon today. Winner goes on to the Championships vs UCLA, loser goes home.

It was nice to finally have a day game to photograph. For you photographer types I've been shooting night games at ISO 1600 f2.8 1/400 and I shot todays at ISO 200 f2.8 1/4000.

Today's game was like yesterday's game, except we had some run support.

Same solid defense.

Stephanie Bercaw has learned to read Monica Abbott like no one else. Yesterday was 3 for 5 and today she was 1 for 2.

In the press conference following the game Ralph Weekly talked about how they noticed how well she did in the previous game and the adjustments they tried to make that just didn't work

Back to the game though, Tennessee had a decent inning and made the score Michigan 3, Tennessee 2

But like I said, solid defense.

Michigan held on to their lead and won. It was, to state the obvious here, a relief.

Michigan plays again today at 6:30 Oklahoma time in game 1 of a best-of-three series in an attempt to become the first team east of the Mississippi to become Champion.
