Kelsey
Went out and took some portraits of Kelsey the other day. Hadn't seen her in quite some time so it was cool catching up, hanging out, and buying the box of donuts on the way back

Shattered Glass
Someone abandoned a car out in the Indian Mounds where we were. I think passerbys did more damage to it than whatever it was that made its owner leave it in the middle of nowhere

Crossword
Saturday marks my very last day at Family Fare. It'll definitely be nice to be done working there. As an added bonus, my ninety day review just came out and, to my surprise, there wasn't a negative thing on it, not even a "can't stock fast enough" or anything like that. Yay for good references.

The sad thing is as I leave for college and a cashier leaves for Target, two more workers were recently hired. It reminds me of one of those bad horror movie endings. You know how it goes: the family finally makes it out of the haunted house, but then in the very last scene, a new, different family drives their car up to the haunted house and says something like "Wow, this place looks mighty friendly! Let's go have a look inside." As they walk up, "THE END?" comes up on the screen and this new family can be assumed to be on their way to experiencing the horrors of the haunted house.

I was doing this crossword puzzle just the other day. The clue for 3 down is "Employ" I though it could be something like "hire" or some other job-related term, but the space was only three letters long. Turns out the answer was "use." Yeah, ok, so they meant "use" like you employ a shovel to dig a hole, but when you really think about it and how they go about things, Family Fare really employs its workers. That right there is one reason it'll be nice to go.
