Mike Hulsebus Photography: The Contuning Adventures of Zooey Ostafinski
Zooey's gotten more used to life here at the apartment. Now that it's starting to warm up around here and that she's
gotten used to the traffic noises,
she's taken to sitting in the open window and watching things outside. Sometimes when Karen and I drive
down the street we can see her sitting in the window.
Zooey shares a tender moment with Karen as she gives her a birthday card.
No matter how often we change the water in her bowl, there's something she loves about water
from the bathtub, so sometimes I'll make a small pool of water (so her feet don't get wet) and she'll sit
and drink it.
Zooey's latest form of mischief has been knocking over glasses with liquid in them. She knows she's
not supposed to, yet she tries to sneak up and slowly tip them over. So far she's knocked over soda, milk, and two glasses
of water--usually while we're right next to them.
To teach her that we don't like this, we spray her with water
But she just doesn't learn and comes back for more.
